Salary and Benefits
Starting salaries are between £35,000 - £60,000 p.a., subject to experience.
Other benefits include health and travel insurance, life assurance and a generous holiday allowance.
Additional benefits such as profit-related pay, share options and company car become available as you progress.
Training
Every CHP consultant receives ongoing training in the following key areas:
- technical skills - system design and development
- functional skills - finance, accounting
- consultancy skills - report writing, presentation delivery
Regular courses, tailored to meet individual requirements, ensure our consultants continue to build on their understanding of the latest technologies and the finance industry. A budget is also available for pursuing personal interests and attaining professional qualifications.

Promotion is based entirely on merit and employee reviews are conducted every 6-12 months.
