The Rewards
There are two ways to think about rewards - the tangible, and the rest! We think we offer a pretty good benefits package:
- 25 days' annual leave
- Private health insurance with access to a private GP in the city
- Worldwide annual travel insurance
- Life assurance (you nominate who the sum would go to in the unlikely event of death)
- Income protection (covers you in the unlikely event you are off sick for an extended period)
- Free home broadband (we pay the monthly charge)
- Laptop
- Interest-free loans (to a value of £4995)
- Stakeholder pension
- Salary supplement when working outside of London
- Profit-related pay (after eighteen months)
When graduates are asked what is important about a future employer, they often talk about training. At CHP, we offer over fifty days' training in each of the first two years and personalised training plans thereafter. Those with a technical bent may choose to improve their CVs by gaining a technical accreditation, those with a knack for figures may invest their time in a Financial Diploma, and the more exotic among us may opt to learn a foreign language. These are all valuable things to do and, amongst many other qualifications and goals, will be fully supported by CHP.
We've already mentioned the culture at CHP which we believe is like no other. The trips abroad, the fine dining, the sporting opportunities, even down to the fresh fruit and chocolate biscuits provided on a daily basis - all this must surely be taken into account when thinking about the benefits or rewards provided by an employer!
